Warrior babe is an amazing program. Stevy Montgomery is my coach and from day 1 she was easy to talk to, gives positive feedback and energy and is the absolute best person!!! She always has great feedback for questions and loves interacting with her team

Warrior babies has been a game changer for me. Teaching me how to eat yet not restricting me. Not putting a time table on results but understanding it’s a process and has variable end dates. Not focusing on the scale but over all look, feel, confidence, and health. Love being held accountable but also providing community support and answers when things don’t work. Achieving small wins/goals to accomplish great things. Worth every penny.

Coach Maggie has been so helpful and inspiring. I’ve been really pleased with my experience so far, and when I’m feeling overwhelmed by life, Maggie helps me keep going. The program is a lifestyle change, and it takes time, but I’m glad I’m on this journey.

I joined Warrior Babe in November of 2024 as an investment in myself and my health. In 5 months' time my Coach Samantha Parada has helped me regain strength for even simple tasks such as walking up and down stairs, boating, walking 18 to 30 miles a week, and I'm finally sleeping 7:00 to 8 hours a night. Being postmenopausal has had its moments, but with the help of Warrior Babe and the community I'm seeing light at the end of the tunnel!

I’ve done several coaching programs including WAG, Bombshell, and Legion but Warrior Babe has been my favorite. Bombshell didn’t care if they killed me as long as I died with a skinny waist. WB actually cares about long term sustainable health. My coach, Mandy is the best coach of all time! She has helped me get the results I wanted and been with me every step of the way. I want to keep her in my purse at all times. Since kidnapping Mandy isn’t realistic, I’ll be sticking with WB. Thanks, Mandy!

I initially signed up for WarriorBabe because I knew I needed help being accountable for improving my overall health and wellness. And over a year later, I now see WarriorBabe as a staple in my every day - mentally, physically, and emotionally. Coach Samantha Parada is simply the best. I've been working with her for over a year and I can honestly she that she is the reason why I signed up for a second year. While the WarriorBabe methodology / program / team are fantastic, it is Sam's deep knowledge and focused attention that has kept me motivated. Sam has this amazing way of balancing care and challenge. She meets me exactly where I am, but she’s also not afraid to push me when I need it. It’s that mix of support and straight talk that really works for me. Sam genuinely wants to see me succeed and become the best version of myself. She’s more than just a coach — she’s my personal cheerleader and my guide to getting things done. Her humor and positivity always lift my spirits, and I’m truly grateful to have both her and the WarriorBabe program as part of my daily life. If you want to put the effort in - no matter how hard it gets - spending this time and money on yourself is a worthwhile investment.

I would not have been able to change my life without Warriorbabe. I have been on the WB grogram since July 2024 and I have not regretted it for one day since. WB has helped me transform my life, my fitness and my mindset. My coach is amazing, understanding, and very supportive through all of my ups and downs (I am human after all). I am so very grateful that I found the WB program. Thank you coach and thank you WB.

WarriorBabe has taught me so much about body composition and nutrition, how they affect my workouts and body! I love having a coach to guide me through every step and keep me motivated. The workout programming is customized to me as well as the nutrition. It’s been an amazing experience thus far and I feel stronger than ever!
