I love this program as it teaches you what you need to know for a life long commitment to your health. It is not a quick fix. It is a process and it takes time. If you commit to yourself and this program it will work. You must trust the process. You are worth it!!!

I have tried other coaching programs in the past. Warrior Babe is by far the best one I've used. It's not inexpensive but you really get a lot for your money and I could tell it was worth it from the start.
