Bad customer service
Installer did not have strip for end of carpet to hall, said he thought looked better. He thought he broke a closet door, said he wasn't supposed to take door down. Found part after he left not broken just fell off.

Thank you Warren's!
Love my carpet. I swear you can feel the padding with every step in a floating on a cloud kind of way. My young kids love it. It's our new favorite room in the house, which was my goal before installing. I also love that I bought the carpet and they were able to install the next day though they had no issue waiting until I was ready 3 weeks later.
