Melissa Clifford warranty customer agent was so professional and responsive on all her endeavors to help me reach a settlement on my claim . She went beyond to make sure I was taken care of and it was completed and resolved to the end for a least 2months. She is a real gem to your company and I truly appreciate her.

They helped me warranty two pairs of kids sneakers. Not sure why I need a yearly membership to evoke a consumer warranty. Not sure why puma won't just handle the warranty, but they made the process very easy for under $20 bucks a year. I guess it is kind of like asurion

Although my warranty was expired, they went above and beyond to make sure the replacement connectors I needed for my product were sent to me as a courtesy. Everything was so smooth and quick!
