Melissa was extremely helpful, professional and I can tell, even through the Chat, that she was eager to help me resolve my issue. Even though my warranty with the company I purchased my washer from had expired, and after she gave me information on how to obtain my purchase receipt, she OFFERED (I didn't have to ask) to help me retrieve my purchase receipt. I work for a Major tech company that values excellent customer service and Melissa exemplifies that quality of service.
