Great Customer Service!
Melissa Clifford with Warranty Valet was extremely prompt and always courteous, let alone knowledgeable, regarding my recent Delta shower head warranty replacement. She always kept me informed along the way so I never had to wonder what was going to happen next. Thank you so much for your prompt attention during this process. The hardest part was taking pictures of the defective item. Thank you again.

Good results with persistence & support
Though initially put off by the process, I became favorably impressed in my dealings with Melissa. She stayed with the warranty dispute, advised me in dealing with the store manager and continued to follow up on my progress—till there was a satisfactory resolution. I had purchased a battery powered circular saw which had a 2 year warranty. It did not work & the store would neither accept it as a return nor refund my money. I persisted & eventually they exchanged the tool for a superior model with a 3 year warranty, gave me a new receipt and a gift card. It was win-win for me. I was pleased with the results and hope I also will be satisfied with this new tool purchase.
