The store would not have honored the warranty, if I did not have the paper work from Warranty Valet. The valet person, was awesome about return my email and answering my questions.

I had to use this company in order to get start a replacement/warranty process on an BioIonic curling iron. After having the product for just over a year (and now just outside the one year warranty period) the lever handle had failed. I was looking to just get a replacement part. However, Melissa Clifford from Warranty Valet worked with BioIonic and was able to get me an entire new curling iron! Considering these are $150+ products I was genuinely surprised with the outcome! She was incredibly responsive and attentive and made the process smooth and easy. Thanks again!

The rep, Melissa, stayed in contact with me the entire time. She walked me through the process basically holding my hand. She helped me find the number on the product that needed to be reported, she sent the postage and label for shipping, she tracked the product going and the replacement coming back. I had barely received the package and there was a new message from the rep asking whether I am satisfied. In a world of automated reps and ai, I was given a human touch and I greatly appreciate it.
