I checked with customer service and they let me know that they are waiting on you to send in your cancellation forms. They spoke to you originally on 10/4 and sent again on 10/10. You can email them to [email protected] or physically mail them to – P. O. Box 2332 Huntersville, NC 28070-2332

customer service as near i can can tell is nonexistent. i have called all the 800 numbers posted and no one answers. no matter what number i press following their directions, all i get is a repeat of the directory. is this a real company or sham. buy some place else.
