I had warranty direct a long time ago …
I had warranty direct a long time ago and was pleased with their service so when I purchased a car last year I thought of them because I had never had a problem with them. I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 because of 1 reason. I was told by the dealer that I had my car at they didn't pay the full amount of the service and the dealer was going to charge me the difference. When I signed up for this warranty I was told I can take my vehicle anywhere to be service and as long as it is covered they pay. The other issue was the policy says it covered tie rods and ball joints but then the dealer was told it will not be covered. I contacted warranty direct and they said if your vehicle is over a certain miles that is considered normal wear and tear but how is that when I purchased the vehicle it had already 94k miles and that is the purpose of getting extended warranty.
