Lately I've been thinking of getting another warranty for my vehicle as mine is about up. I just so happened to come across warranty direct through our insurance with progressive. I contacted them and spoke to a man who was very informative, respectful as far as not being pushy . During the conversation the phone got disconnected and he called left me a message and gave me the rest of the day whenever I had a chance I called him back and went ahead and purchased the warranty. He was very thorough he explained everything to me explain the good the bad and he answered every question that I had and if I could I would refer them to anyone I would most definitely. I haven't had too yet, to file a claim or to have my vehicle worked on however I'm hoping that it'll be a smooth and easy of a transition as it was getting the warranty on Through Warranty Direct !

Tia answered all my questions. She forwarded the product info that I shared with my wife so we can make our decision. Tia followed up when she said she would. The website was easy to use. it presented the various level of service and estimates clearly.
