I have purchased now five extended warranties with this company and so far I have not been disappointed I hope it continues.

I Can not honestly say anything about Warranty Direct using the service at a repair shop as of yet and maybe ill get lucky and never have to use it.So I can only rate the Customer service while researching the offered product I did compare there policy to 3 others and dealership,competators.As far as cost and value Warranty Direct did have a better value then the dealership as far as number of years covered and cost .Dealership offered only 3 years 50,000 miles or 100,000 miles vs 5 years 139,000 miles for nearly the same price plus or minus 200.00.Had i chose the greater dealership plan 5 years -139,000 miles it would have cost almost 2000.00 more .So Value Warranty Direct did offer the best bang for the Buck.During the process Customer service was friendly and Answered all my questions.If i ever have to use the service for a repair i will comment then at that time.

Finding Warranty Direct was easy and the sign up process was quick and streamlined. I was happy with the choices we were given. The perks offered in the purchase process were generous and helpful. We purchased a very nice SUV at just under 100,000 miles and plan on keeping it for the life of the vehicle. So we wanted a warranty that would protect us just like a new car. Thanks to Warranty Direct we have a beautiful vehicle and complete peace of mind!

I like Warranty Direct. I have been a loyal subscriber of WD for more than 14 years for autos in which I owned. My only problem with your company is that after a claim is filed by the auto repair service, we must take the word of the "Service Representative" of the auto repair service of the amount of "coverage" WD will cover. With out a "Conformation Text" form you to me, the "Svc Rep" can tell me ANYTHING, and (most of the time they do), especially the fact that you will not cover the whole repair cost and that I must kick-in an additional $300 or $400 in order to cover the repair cost you would not cover. If, at all possible, you could follow-up with a text or phone call to let me/us know how we stand with our repair coverage payment amount "conformation", you will stop a lot of problems at the service centers/repair shops and undoubtedly increase your Extended Coverage Membership.
