GREAT service by phone from both Alvin Casillas ( hope I spelled his name correctly ), apparently the mgr. on duty, and also Amanda Bobbitt sales representative. I personally spent 28 yrs. in the car business and these folks are both courteous and seem very knowledgeable !! I have read several reviews of WARRANTY DIRECT ( both pro & con ) and I'm hoping that any future needs for my 2012 Chevy Impala LT will be taken care of as needed by your contract. Only reason for my rating of 4 out of 5 stars so far is that I would suggest a WARRANTY BROCHURE be available and included with your contract printouts !! We always had those for customers when I was in the auto business, and it makes it easier for the customer to have a quick reference for their chosen plan of warranty !! I hope that I never have to use your services, but if I do I hope that things will go smoothly based on the agreement. Thanks again for the professional treatment by phone. Good overall initial transaction. The sales rep was thorough in his explanation and the options available to me. I would’ve preferred a slightly lower price. However, they offered the emissions package, which is unique to warranty direct. Good experience overall.
