Great customer service and fair prices from Sales.

This is the 3rd time we have used Warranty Direct for our extended warranty. We have had no problems in the past. When I renewed our warranty today December 2017, our agent was so very nice. she answered all my questions, took the time to explain the things to me which I had questions about. Was very upfront, and I enjoyed our conversation we had. Most friendly and helpfully. I could not have asked for a nicer person to help me with our extended Warranty paper work.

First off, wow. WD is amazing. They came highly recommended from a coworker and boy was he correct. I filled out an online application and received a quote for the lower tier product. I was happy. Until Joe Lamanna called me the next evening. Joe not only was a joy to work with but, he saved me more money than what I was quoted online AND for the highest tiered Elite product. WOW!
