I ordered a rug about a month ago and still have not received it. I have emailed the company several times and they have assured me that my order was on it's way, but still no delivery. I am starting to think this is a scam.

I love this rug! The pattern was a bit more....blurry than in the photos but still so great and cool looking. It's also super soft, great to sit on and looks fabulous!

I am asking for the address for return with no answer. We are not satisfied with the quality of the rug at all, unfortunately.

I didn’t receive my rug. Showed delivered but never received it so I’m out the money for the rug.

I am trying to get in touch about a return to have the return address ( as it isn't listed online) and have not received a reply. The product does not match colour shown in photo, white part is beige.
