WARE2GOReviews of ware2go.co

I've had the pleasure of working with Joshua at Ware2Go, and I've been impressed with his exceptional service. He's extremely responsive, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Joshua goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience, even offering valuable suggestions to help us improve our operations. His dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in everything he does. Highly recommend working with Joshua and the Ware2Go team!

W2G is light years better than our previouse 3PL. With multiple warehouses to network our inventory with and fast shipping turnarounds, we can keep our direct customers just as happy as those who buy on Amazon. Our client success manager Josh and his team is always available to help and is fast on email and phone. We would use W2G again and recommend them to others!

Our team chose to go with Ware2Go after vetting 21 3PL partners. With several SKUs, multiple bundle configurations, and several warehouses, there is a lot to manage. It is essential to know your partner has integrity, that you can trust them, and that they will own mistakes in the complicated world of fulfillment. Consistently, Josh and his team have recommended the right warehouses, suggested options to save, and have owned mistakes in addition to issuing compensation. Josh is an excellent communicator, he is incredibly smart and is the reason we feel comfortable working with a large 3PL. Our business is a complicated one and he not only values it, he works to make it even better.

I've read some of the 5 star reviews and I couldn't agree more. We've worked with a few warehouses in Europe and in North America in the last 6 yrs - W2G is way more solution oriented and flexible than other logistics partners. We find the whole team fast and proactive. We raise a ticket about issues big and small, and they're dealt with in hours. The broader business development work has also been very professional and helpful. The software works well for us too, but it's the culture I'd like to highlight!

Our company has been with Ware2Go for around five years now and our experience in that time has been very positive. From initial integration to specific custom needs, they have been knowledgeable and eager to help. In the time that we have been with Ware2Go we have had a few different account managers, and each one was fantastic, especially our current manager, Josh Knepper! He is quick to address any issues we bring up and proactive in letting us know if he's noticed any potential snags on his end. The Ware2Go dashboard is regularly updated with new features, making it incredibly functional and user-friendly. It allows us to manage and track shipments with ease. I highly recommend Ware2Go for their exceptional service and support!

Ware2Go support is amazing! They are always happy to help and smooth things out to make them easier. Specially Brittany! That girl is a star. I hope there are more people like her assisting the clients with their inquiries.

The Ware2go team, positive attitudes, documentation, integration support is top notch A++ company and stands above all the rest. If you're looking for a great partner that is reliable and fun to work with i highly recommend Ware2Go for warehouse/delivery logistics that has an awesome API system integration team and web portal dashboard, this is the only company you need to research and partner. Thank you to Travis Schmitt, Ware2Go leaders and project team who have stuck with our firm throughout our business partnership journey. CovidCheckMD team

W2G has been a great partner. They are easy to work with and have been really helpful. it was easy to work with them and we saw a benefit to using them instead of "A's " warehouse. Our goods were received quickly.
