I still have not received my order and I ordered it last month. I contacted wardrobetee. I got a automatic email saying they would contact me. I still haven’t gotten any answers or a email back from a representative to help me.

I never received the product. Have asked twice for a refund to no avail. Dont waste your money on this website. I am adding this note 6 weeks later after order was placed. I did finally receive the shoes, and they are nice, but it was much much later than was initially told. I would be very hesitant to order from them again.

Dear Tamekia, Thank you so much for shopping with us. Normally, it takes 10-15 working days to produce shoes . Moreover, due to storms in some states and the epidemic breaking out again in the US which leads to the scarcity of transportation and recognition, delivery time may be a bit longer than normal and can take 7-14 days later. We kindly ask you to be patient and please rest assured that we are doing our utmost to ensure as little as a delay as possible to you. We will endeavour to send your item out as soon as possible to avoid further delay. Please access to this tracking link to follow up your order shipment: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=9261290278833939163555 We very much appreciate your sympathy and wish to thank you for shopping with us at Wardrobe Tee. Should you have any questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us via email [email protected]. Kind regards,
