⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Day in Miami and the Everglades – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic day exploring Miami and the Everglades with WAOOTOURS! From the very beginning, the organization by Simona was outstanding. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate even our last-minute requests. You can really tell how much passion and dedication she puts into her work! The absolute highlight of our day was our private airboat tour through the Everglades. Our airboat captain was amazing and made the experience truly unforgettable! Our German-speaking guide Ernesto and our driver were also fantastic, making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire day. We had originally planned to go jet skiing afterward, but unfortunately, the weather had other plans. Simona did everything she could to make it happen and even suggested alternative activities when the weather turned bad. Since we were traveling as a family with three generations, including our parents-in-law, we eventually decided to return to our cruise ship a little earlier. This was absolutely no problem, and everyone was incredibly understanding and flexible. What impressed us most was the exceptional personal service, flexibility, and genuine warmth. This is not just a company selling tours – these are people who truly care about creating unforgettable experiences for their guests. We had so much fun and will take home wonderful memories of this special day! A huge thank you to Simona, Ernesto, our driver, and the entire WAOOTOURS team! We would book with you again in a heartbeat and can wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone visiting Miami and the Everglades! 🌴🐊❤️
