When my package didn’t come and I inquired about it, the staff immediately tracked it for me and showed me that it was delivered. They followed up with me and took the time to help me and I appreciated that. I also have Rheumatoid Arthritis and having this purse is great because I don’t have to use my hands to hold it. The zippers are easy to open and the strap fits well and is very comfortable. I will definitely order more for gifts. ( date of experience is appropriate Around June 10th)

My experience, while limited, has been 100% positive. I ordered thetravel purse/bags.. they are great! their size is very deceptive.
