I love my bag but the strap won't stay hooked at the top part of the bag and then after I bought mine you are offered two for one but other than that it's perfect

I bought 2 - one for me and one for my daughter! Her grandmother had her passport stolen from her purse while traveling overseas a few years ago. Such a hassle. I got my travel bag and immediately knew that it will work better than any other bag I've tried to use for that purpose. I like that the zippers are not so accessible, and the non-cut-off strap sold me. I was also thrilled to know that this bag is made in the USA and shipping didn't take two months. It was here before I was aware. Thanks for a great item.
