Wander PlusReviews of wander-plus.com

Discriminated against me when I explained I was going on a girls trip to celebrate me and my partner getting married. They wouldn’t rent to me which is illegal and discrimination. They gave me no reason. Do not use this company they will face legal action for this behavior.

I ordered buy one get one free. I was sent one bag and a pillow instead of 2 bags. I have been emailing them for a week and they want me to pay more…they don’t seem to understand what they neglected to do and now they’re not responding at all! I’m very disappointed and frustrated and would not recommend this company!!!

THIS IS A SCAM! I purchased this item from their website, and even though it was coming from the US, I had expected a delay in delivery. What i DID NOT expect was that they would use a two-bit courier service in Italy, which is shady in itself. I firstly received an email at 7.30 in the morning saying that they had tried to deliver, but were not successful. Such a blatant lie, as i work from home and was at my computer at 7 am. Then the courier company asked me to reply to a no-reply email, so obviously I was unable to contact them, and calling their call centre is a call centre asking to send an email. My main complaint is with how Wander Plus have dealt with the problem. I was sent an automatic email stating that the delivery was not successful, but since then, radio silence! I have my doubts that the item actually left the main hub in Milan, as Italians are notorious for pocketing items from overseas companies, but this is on the overseas company to contract these deliveries to more serious courier services such as DHL or alike. Probably won't see my money nor the item anytime soon i think!

Ordered June 13 for June 21 trip. Still haven’t received as of July 6. Don’t want it. They won’t cancel. Paid for expedited shipping which they did refund the $12.99 after weeks of me complaining but still no resolution and if I do get the product they said I’ll have to pay to return it.

Yet another cheaply made product from China. Didn't last two months - the stitching that holds the strap to the bag let loose. Very disappointed - waste of money!

Ordered and paid on May 4, 2026. Said it was delivered, but I never received it. Said they would ship duplicate order via express shipping. Never received it and then they stopped communicating with me! Feel totally scammed, plus now find same (or very similar item) on Amazon and even Temu!!

Been trying to order a WANDER+ bag all afternoon, but their website, sorry to say, is crap. How on earth does anyone order anything, when there is no form to fill in? I would love to know.

I purchased the “Anti-Theft Travel Bag” in 2024 Yesterday in Naples Italy I was on the metro. The bag was fully zipped, on my chest, inside my jacket. My travel wallet was pick pocketed out of the rear pouch. This is then not ANTI anything. I am expensing a lot of time and money now due to misplaced trust in your product which is clearly marketed as a fail safe method of not getting pick pocketed.
