They make thing extremely difficult for you, first your credit card info and they charge you right away, then they ask for your ID by directing you to a partner’s site, and the site wouldn't work after you give them all info. VERY suspecious, Wamateks goal is not selling cellphone but collecting your info. Since I already did the rundown for you, I can't see why you even wanna try.

They are crooks!
Short review: stay as far away as possible, and I'll elaborate.
I had found them searching for phones on Google, and really though that their prices were excellent, and was excited that they offered wholesale pricing, and I really thought that I would be able to do a significant amount of business with them. After some pleasant emailing back and forth for about 2 months (November and December), I decided to place a wholesale order with them. On December 28th, we confirm an approximately 30 item order worth about 12k. I immediately wired them the money, and they quickly received it, and tell me that my order will be ready to ship in 7-14 business days. Over the course of the next 2 months, I email about twice a week asking them when my order will be shipped, and each time they push me off, telling me that they are having "unusual delays." In the beginning, I was OK with this, but eventually I started getting skeptical. On their website they claim to have tons of stock of each item, which in hindsite I think is utter BS. Granted, being as this was taking so long, on February 2nd I wanted to change my order, because a month had passed, and things change in the tech world, so I'll give them a light pass because I had changed my order, but the fact remains that they were taking forever. Finally, on February 25th (bear in mind this is almost 2 months after my initial order and wire transfer), they send me an email telling me that they have a partial shipment of my order available. Additionally, they were promptly responsive to my emails before I actually placed an order, but the second I actually placed it, they started taking their time to respond, which I felt was unfair and bad business practice. Obviously, I was excited that we were finally making some progress, but it was unacceptable. They offered to ship me 4 phones, which was an embarrassment being as I placed an order for approximately 30! I was outraged; not only did they take 2 months to even start with my order, they decided that it was acceptable to send me a mere seventh of my order, which I found extremely unacceptable. So I went and responded to their email saying that I would like an entire refund on my order. They tell me they would be happy to refund me, and on February 28th promise me a refund. At this point, I was extremely frustrated and just wanted to be done with them, and was hoping (obviously with fingers crossed) that my refund would be easy and quick. I was sorely disappointed. For the entirety of March, they say (and I emailed almost on a daily basis at this point, because I just wanted my money back) that within the next 24 hours I will get an update about my refund. Finally, on March 10th, they send me a receipt for my refund, and I was very happy, but little did I realize, their nonsense ensued. They decided (without telling me beforehand), to send me a partial refund of approximately 4.5K, which I had not signed up for, and it was extremely unacceptable because I had sent them payment in full and immediately, but they decided on some partial refund nonsense, and took their sweet time sending it. So for the next 3 weeks, I bombarded them with emails asking when I will be getting the remaining 8K, and each time, they tell me "tomorrow." Eventually, at the end of March, I get fed up, and start calling them every day. After calling them multiple times, they claim that I will get the refund, which obviously I saw none of. On April 1st (this is 3 months after this whole ridiculous saga started), I call them demanding my refund, and explaining to them that they are thieves, and that taking my money without giving goods is essentially a ponzi scheme, and finally, finally, they send me a receipt of 2 wire transfers with the remaining refund, which surprisingly didn't go through (they claim to be having technical difficulties, I think they're lying to me about something). As it stands now, it's April 9th, and they still owe me 8K, this has gotten way out of control, and they also stopped answering my calls, I had tried calling them probably 20 times last week, and they just stopped picking up the phone. The moral here is simple: stay as far away from them as possible, they might seem decently nice, and their "prices" are excellent, but they are total shysters, and awful to do any business with. I hope that people can gain from this review and not make the same mistakes that I did.
