DO NOT ORDER from here!!!! The iphone they sent me was supposed to be in *excellent condition* what arrived was a scratched screen, i was shocked at the condition having bought my phone refurbished many times and never being able to tell the difference between this and a brand new one.

I am very disappointed with their lack of compassion. Most people go the website after breaking their phone. Well I ordered on the 10th, and will not receive my phone till the 17th. But glad they have free 2-3 day shipping. When I called the company they acted like I was a bother and blamed ups for the long time

Bought 9 phones and one had a problem. The guy refused to replace or refund after driving for 30min.

They send me a phone with burn screen and not a dual sim not as mentioned in their website ( excellent condition) whe I ask for refund they are trying to charge me15% restocking fee. Don't buy from them they're scam and they're not honest.

Stay away from this company. They will not help you when the sell you a phone that doesn't work. They don't answer the phone or emails. They have ripped me off for over $250.

Worse company ever I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. 6 Months still never got what I ordered and they still owe me $2100. This company cannot be trusted they lie they don't any wholesale prices or programs and the amount listed in stock online is false they use this to lure buyers in to buy in bulk then it is hell from there. This is our on going experience as of December 2021 to present day as of July 2022. We have all email communication and receipts as proof which we will also be using to file a claim for our money back and losses. In December of 2021 we contacted Wamatek via email regarding the purchase of 50 phones based on their wholesale program. We were told they don't have wholesale prices right now so we said ok and order 50 phones all in Excellent 6 Galaxy note 8 at $142.43 and 44 Samsung S10 Plus 40 128GB at $212.06 each and 4 1TB at $285.74 each. We wire Transfered $10,479.40 to Wamatek on December 2, 2021 for the 50 phones. (Do not do this under any circumstances you will regret it) Took a couple weeks to get the 6 Note 8 and only two were in Excellent condition the others were in terrible condition screen burn in so bad the screen was almost red and very very bad external condition. They sent me many S10 plus 512GB and charged me $249 and $269 instead of the 128GB for $212.06 so I was not going to get less phones and the worse part is that many of the 512GB had backs that was changed which was blank, Bad screen burns, cracked screens or cracked back and sometimes a combination of. They also only send out 4-5 phones at a time and keep telling us that they were trying to get the phones but yet their website was showing they had the phones instock and they were selling them. We keep getting the run around about when the phones would arrive they never came so in march we said that we wanted a refund and would send back the defective phones. After calculations we agreed the refund was $7000 and we provided them the banking details. After a month and no refund they told us the had banking issues then we got a transfer for $1000 because then 1500 this was every week to 3 weeks then the last transfer was $400 then non since and no response to emails so they still owe us a total of $2100. We have been patient with these people and though we never got what we ordered and we suffered losses because many of the phones we got are still unsold because they have screen burn in. We got about 15-17 of the 44 S10+ and had to send some back along with the Note 8 phones. If you are buying a single phone you get it after they take about 3 weeks to ship it and it may not be what you described either. Don't buy in bulk from them it is a scam and I am finding out they have done this to many people they take bulk orders and you never get your goods and you will have to fight to get your money back. If you still choose to do bulk orders with this company always use paypal to protect yourself and get your money back easier don't do wire transfer no matter what they tell you. Saw a review here were the the guy sent them close to $30,000 and never got what he paid for. Now we are going to be taking further actions to get our money back. Hope this help someone in learning from our mistake. Read the reviews with the bulk or wholesale orders.

Scam. They seem to process your order, then send you an email saying they won't ship your items until you send them scans of your ID. Can't imagine why they would possibly need this unless selling the information/identity theft.
