I placed my order on January 4th and waited patiently for more than two weeks to receive it. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. First, I ordered the phone in white, but it arrived in blue, which is not what I paid for. Second, despite the product being advertised as in “excellent condition,” the phone arrived with visible damage around the camera lenses, including cracks, scratches, and clear signs of wear. This is unacceptable and does not match the description provided on the website. Between the long delivery time, the wrong color, and the physical damage, this order feels careless and misleading. Quality control is clearly lacking. I expect a proper resolution, whether that is a replacement that matches the original order and condition promised, or a full refund. Until then, I cannot recommend this company to other buyers.

I've been waiting a month for a cell phone I ordered, and it hasn't arrived. I think it's a scam, don't buy anything from here.

Phone was purchased Dec 31st with a delivery scheduled for Jan. 8th. Christmas present for a family member that was in town for the holidays. Reached out around 1/10 to let them know the person was scheduled to receive the gift was leaving and for updates multiple times. Requested overnight shipping once we past the delivery date due to that said person leaving the country. They shipped it out ground and we just received the device 1/21/26. Now will need to send the device out of the country. Thanks Wamatek.
