This is one hellava speaker (hyper boom), this one delivers on its promises!! Great product!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order for chips that was confirmed and later showed “preparing to ship.” After the order was accepted, I was told by customer service that the price had increased, and shortly after, the order was canceled without my authorization. The information I received from different representatives was inconsistent, and the cancellation occurred even though the website still indicated available stock or equivalent items. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this reasonably, no solution was offered. I have since filed a formal complaint to document the situation. This was not a good customer experience, and I would advise others to be cautious.

The order was not even processed by the time it should have been delivered and it took two contact attempts to get some action.

Customer's service is exceptional. Great quality phones at the good price. Bought a A16 there to gift my daughter at Christmas and she loved it. Waited till today cause I wanted to see how the phone worked. I can assure you, it's great!

This order was placed on1/16/2026 scheduled delivery date is 2/2/2026. 17 days after placing this order. This order WILL BE sent back to you when I receive this order on 2/2/2026 through FEDEX. I need my c.c. account for the amount of $$1,472.69 ($57.00.for warrenty protection) USD to be credited back to my account!!
