It never seems like you can find anyone with knowledge of products and are constantly being told to look up stuff on their website and find it yourself they also have this app you order from but just because it shows on the app doesn’t necessarily mean you will get it cause most of the time they say they have no idea where it could be in the back room

I'm disabled and need a motorized cart to shop. Seldom is one available and when I ask if someone could check the other side of the store, they say they can't for one reason or another. Further, they have increased charges for delivery, which is my other option. I am a stockholder, but I am starting to shop more at other stores who care about their customers.

The good: low prices on a large selection. The bad: one extremely nasty checkout clerk. My wife and I are age 73. We went to the self-checkout area and a clerk began shouting at us. I told her nobody likes to be yelled at. In response, she hollered even louder. Then she turned to another employee and lied about what had transpired. About two years ago, the same clerk mistreated us. Every other employee in the store has been as good as gold for 15 years. We shopped there two or three times per week and spent over $30,000 over that period. Her behavior hurt us so much that we decided to transfer our prescription accounts elsewhere and shop at a competitor. We never want to be exposed to her behavior again. Goodbye forever, Walmart.

I placed an order from Walmart website homepage. Customer services was no help when I contacted Walmart's to ask where my order was. I will never shop from Walmart's website again. Although they said they did not charge my card.., they didn't the fact is they did not contact me either so I didn't know what was going on with my order I placed. Where my order was until I check on my the order I placed. I cancel the order and took my business elsewhere to a company that I trusted.

I noticed that since the masks are to be worn, most employees are not wearing them around the nose. The correct way. They wear them below their chins or just bottom lip. Some wore them to their eyes . apparently its a time to act like a thug since they reek of k2 also

I frequently go to the Walmart in Hamilton OH, due to it being the closest thing to home. I always have a smooth breeze with coming in and shopping for what I need. The employees can be a bit better with their customer service and acknowledging customers that are near them, etc. The only main concern I have are their bathrooms. I can't speak for the men's restroom, but I can for the women's. It's disgusting- horrific, just plain out gross. I know their maintenance is the main source for cleaning the store restrooms. But apparently not as a keen as they are meant to be. I've come across their womens bathroom with 2 of their toilets covered in unnecessary problems that should be taken care of in matter of minutes of whatever is there. Their floors are always covered in water. Their paper towels are always out of stock or all over the floor. Their trash cans are always over filled and not taken out. Their toilets are ALWAYS clogged - its unusable in situations like that. And downright DISGUSTING. I know other employees use those restrooms too, not just customers. So why don't they tell maintenance or their managers so the problems are taken care of?
