WALMART CHECKS- Ordered checks on 9/5/26 and rep claimed they were mailed out on 9/10/26. Here we are on the 25th of Sept and the checks have not arrived? Called twice and Walmart Checks keeps pushing forward delivery day, which was the 24th, but now is the 29th of Sept. and to exclude weekends and holidays?? Last time I checked, USPS was still moving mail on weekends and holidays, even for bulk mail? It should not take 19 days for a bulk package to travel 500 miles, but Walmart Checks claims it does?? The reps offer no extra help with your order when customers call either. Finally, order arrived on the 28th of Sept. Checks were printed correctly though. I will give them credit for this, but will not use this service again.

Ordered checks and then I realized that I had some left from last order and canceled my order within an hour of the order; got confirmation that I canceled the!m; next day got a email that they are shipping them; contact them and told them I didn't need them and already canceled the order; they said they already processed them and I am pretty much s.o.o.l.; so now I am stuck with duplicates; never ordering checks again! Now they are back peddling; will keep you posted; had to revise this; they made good and refunded my money back so I updated it to 3 stars; took a while to get my refund

Walmart checks is awful. Ordered checks, they billed for it but didn't deliver the checks, customer service was horrible. Find another way to order checks. I know I will.

Ordered checks on April 20. Notified that they shipped on April 21st. The checks never arrived and their customer service is basically one person answering the phone to tell you 'tough luck'. Never again.

We ordered checks and paid extra for expedited delivery. There was no choice for tracking, on the site. After 2+ weeks we called and were told that we should have chosen “tracking” and that we would receive the checks in about week. IF they are delivered in a week, it will be almost a month for delivery (with paying for extra for expedited shipping). To add to the negativity, we were on hold for almost 1/2 hour to get this info.

Love the checks. Hate the website experience. The website had difficulties taking my order...placed order, wouldn't confirm, timed out, placed ordered again, wouldn't confirm, timed out, etc. Repeat. No confirmation at the website... no confirmation in my email. FINALLY - the next day it took my order and sent me a confirmation. This was the only time I got an immediate confirmation on the website and one confirmation to my email. I probably had to order some 6(?) times? I lost count. WHAT A SURPRISE to find orders of checks start showing up in my mailbox! Three to be exact. Charged three times... All with the same check numbers, so I can't even keep them and use them in order for the next few years ... they are duplicates of one another. Such a disappointment. Otherwise I like using Walmart checks... good choices and good price. But, I ended up spending 3x the amount I HAD been trying to get a good deal on. I will use another company from now on...

A good place to shop always has what I need .. The staff is always helpful and willing to be of service.

I ordered 16 pads of safety checks from Wall-mart Check printing. The checks are unusable. The security background stops one inch into the the check, the rest of the the check is blank white. This is not the product I paid for. Customer service was unhelpful; 40 minutes waiting for a representative then the system dropped me off the waiting line. Over one hundred bucks down the drain.
