I think that Walmart needs to keep up with their inventory in stores. Not everyone shops online. I have personally brought this up to a manager and she did not seem to care. This is not good management practices. I know not all Walmarts are like this, but the Walmart in Glendale AZ is.

I quit shopping at Walmart 5 years ago due to customer service.

I bought a box of fresh grapes today. I went home and opened it. I found a lot of rotten grapes underneath. I was disappointed at a shopping trip.

The new Wal-Mart Savings Catcher program is crap! You have to scan at the register from you phone at the end of the transaction, if you have a credit card saved or money from where you have been saving money, it takes it and charges your card even if you have these things turned off in the app. Oh and don’t forget.....you heave tomsibmit your receipt st the end of the transaction or within 3 days. The cashiers, even though they have been trained, do not know how to use it. They have made it almost impossible for people to want to use it because it’s a hassle. I have been to two stores now where the cashiers cannot seem to help figure it out where it does not charge my ol file credit card.....even though in the app it says do not use. So now, when I want to make a purchase online, I have to re-enter a credit card each time.

The worst Walmart ever is in Dayton, Ohio at York commons this store is dirty, it never has the proper stock they are always out of everything the store is actually very dangerous to stop in, I do believe it is run by a local gang, members I personally have been assaulted and my purse stolen with their supposed security guards, right there, they did nothing to stop the assault, 3 men came to my 8, not their store security, this story is horrible, the management does not care.. Store employees are rude. And they are never around if you can find one, and I say, if they act as if you are a great in position to help you find something one time I got to my car and noticed that half of my groceries were not in my cart when I went back in, they actually accused me of trying to steal. I hadn't even put the groceries in my car, yet I took my receipt and my groceries inside when they looked at their tapes of their videos or whatever, which took them an entire day they discovered that their cashier had put half of my groceries on the floor behind her register. They did not apologize for accusing me of trying to steal what I had actually paid for .i called their eight hundred customer service number, and reported this, it took 3 days for them to replace the items that the cashier had actually stolen. I hate that store, but they do nothing to correct it several times that store has been on the news for employees selling drugs in the parking lot. Police chases armed robberies in the parking lot of that store, or people being assaulted at gun point in the store. Let me repeat that story is dangerous corporation. Does nothing about it that is truly the worst Walmart ever, I now drive over 40 minutes to go to another Walmart that is the best Walmart ever and I have told corporate about the Walmart that I now go to, but still, nothing gets done about the Walmart at York commons in Dayton, Ohio. Stay away from that store unless you want assaulted or robbed apparently at gun point, according to the news, Walmart needs to do something about security in that store.

The Wal-Mart Store in the Cleveland, Ohio Steelyard is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been in. The 'associates' are NOT knowledgeable about anything in the store. If you try to approach one of them to ask a question, they go the other way or just rudely say "not my department." The cashiers are so ignorant acting; they are so busy trying to see what's happening in the front of the store, the cannot focus on the customer at the check-out(s). NOT ONE OF THE STORE'S EMPLOYEES HAS A CLUE AS TO THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Terrible company to shop from, sure they have some products at lower prices than Amazon pantry or local fruit/ veggie stands, but I would rather do bussiness with a company that actually respects their customers. I used to be a loyal customer who regularly spent a considerable amount of money here, but I recently left a bag I had paid for in the store and I am being treated as if I am trying to steal from them. My refund would be less than $10, but after talking to the customer service associates at my Walmart and several emails with unfulfilled promises by the corporate office, my local branch of this billion dollar company basically stole my money because either their employees were too lazy to report my bag was left there or another customer stole it. One would assume a billion dollar company could refund a customer less than $10 when they will accept just about any returned item. I hope other unhappy customers choose better retailers as well.

They treat their employees like crap. They stores are always too hot or too cold. Its cold in winter and hot in the summer, in the stores, I'm surprised that they don't have for lawsuits from employees. Also, at a store in South Jordan utah, they managers retaliate against the employees
