NEGATIVE customer service and racist!!! Walmart store at Southpoint-Fredericksburg, VA#5343 (Address: 10001, Southpoint Pkwy 22407) I wish I could give this walmart 0 star!!! I stand online at the CS to return 2 items in 20 minutes, I saw the employee done with the guy in front of me, then he went around, picked up the chart then read it to another black male staff who's working on another customer. I said loudly I've been waiting for 15 minutes and still waited until another young lady came and call me, the black male said to me: "I'm the manager! he read the chart and helped me for this customer?!" that means TWO PEOPLE did one job and talking!!! I'm asian customer! they discriminated or racist?!!! oh wow, or you tried to work slowly so other customer wait for you? great! " you are the customer service manager?" so what? are you clear the line to help the customers so they don't have to wait on line too long? you are the customer service manager but you made your staff help you to finish your job? you can not finish by yourself??? VERY NEGATIVE customer service and racist!!!!! The store manager should know about it!

Very messy, you can't find anything or anyone to help you; product is not on shelf's or is mis priced lots of empty spaces

Service is terrible at this Wal-Mart. I have purchased items online, but when I arrive at the store, the Kiosk is never manned. It usually takes 10 to 15 minutes before someone arrives. The hired people do not seem to understand what customer service really means here; nor do they seem to care. Management at this store is lacking. I never experience issues when I order grocery or any goods through Amazon.

I have done my weekly gocery shopping at walmart for years but with the recent change in conceal carry in ur stores I will b shopping elsewhere from now on. When r u going to stop selling cigarette or alcohol----they kill ALOT of ppl also but of course walmart has to cater to all the criminals who carry without being legal. If u think this will stop criminals who commit this kind of violence u r as stupid as they are.

There’s never any carts up front, and every message I sent about it has gone ignored. They’re out of stock on at least 3 things on my list when I go shopping, and just the other day I was trying to help a friend out with buying Plan B and the associate wouldn’t get it for me. She said they’re all locked up in the back. Since when is a non prescription medication locked up? Then another time I tried to get an oil change before noon and 3 different days was told it was too busy and they couldn’t take me. A manager told me to come in and he’d see that I got it, but when I arrived I was told no manager by that name worked there, and they wouldn’t call. I had to call and find him. Walmart knows people HAVE to shop there because of the prices and everything all in one store, so they don’t care if you’re mad. The customer service is horrible. In electronics I stood there for 25 minutes waiting for someone to look in the back for something, then she comes strolling back saying, “my bad I forgot.” I waited at the fabric table over 30 minutes and had to keep calling from my cell phone. They just don’t care. At all.

I wish there were 0 stars because that is what they deserve. Another order sent to me. Hardware to assemble was totally wrong and had to run around getting the right screws and glue. This is the second time so there are no excuses. I just cancelled my card when I really liked going for trinkets for my crafts etc. I liked getting small kitchen items. Now it is good bye. I will never step in a Wa!-Mart again nor will my friends and family. Have fun with Capitol One breathing down my neck. They are much tougher.

the worst job i have ever had in my 47 year old life. The managers are unprofessional. The company would take all your blood if they could. I hated it the first day i was there and one of my best days of my life when was when i was able to leave the job

I worked for Altoona Wal Mart for 3 years ..awesome store. However they do NOTHING about discrimination in the work place. Be careful working for them if you are a MINORITY!!!!!!!!!
