I purchased WSO's resume critique service ~3.5 years ago when I was preparing for the lateral move. The reviewer was very detailed oriented and provided thoughtful guidance to help me re-write my resume in a way that was appealing to the banking recruiters (evidenced by the before and after response rates). The feedback not only polished my resume on paper but also the stories I was telling in the interviews. I would highly recommend the services to the professionals especially the ones who are not in the banking currently and want to make a career move with a top-notch and banking-ready resume.

Wealth of information and the resume service worked well for my needs. I'd recommend to others.

I’ve used WSO services a few times and they’ve always been great. The people are very professional and I’m very happy with them.

WSO's resume writing service was excellent. I wanted a resume that would give me an edge and that is exactly what I got. I was able to secure a full-time analyst position--without an investment banking internship--because of the quality of my resume.

Had Resume Review with an MD on a Credit Platform. Having a background in credit investing, this was immensely helpful as he understood my background in credit really well. Coordination was easy, even with timezone differences, and I had a great experience having an hour of his time. He was very friendly and helpful and I am happy with the service.

Great service. WSO selected the right person, who helped me to break into the buy side.

Pricey, but overall great service and in my opinion would have done it again. The person that worked with me to write my resume was top notch and had an impressive background from IB to private equity was able to leverage that experience to write a solid resume for me. We hopped on two/three calls. The first call we just walked through every job function I had and I described to him what my day to day ways and a few key projects I was involved in from internship/jobs/ and activities was able to use all the key jargon and formating that IB firms are looking for. I come from a commercial / credit banking background so I have always had a hard time in putting my experience in terms of IB related roles. I will say tho I would write down every thing that you have done small or large in experiences in order to have a larger list to pull from and although your resume mentor you are paired with to decided, which would likely be better to throw on the ole resume. For background, I have written 100 different versions of my resume and have always thought I had a solid written resume, but he definitely was able to make my resume stand part. You may have to wait for replies, but have to understand these folks are still working 70+ hours a week and this is side hustle for them, so definitely don't expect a two turnaround time.

WSO's CV review service was excellent. I went through a few iterations with my mentor who provided me with detailed feedback on every occasion. At the end, I managed to land two IB internships with a large investment bank and with a boutique bank and WSO's CV service played a crucial role.
