I just sent this to our support team. I apologize if you were missing access for some reason. We have a support team staffed nearly 24/7, so this surprises me, although maybe in 2016 we didn't have the systems in place like we do now. I tried reaching out to you last week but got no response. We're always here: [email protected]. Thank you, Patrick

App has an influx of racist Caucasians as of late.

If you see any racist content in the forums, please flag it using the red violation button. Our moderation team works hard to remove violations to our terms of service, but as you can imagine, it is hard to moderate thousands of comments each day for our small team, so we do also rely on the community to help us police the content. Thank you for your feedback - we have recently implemented additional moderation tools that should allow us to block more content and clean up old content faster. Thanks, Patrick

Worse than Before
I believe my resume review was unfinished and the resume I received was in worse condition than how I initially sent it in. Could somebody please help me understand what it is I paid for?

The absolute Worst company they ripped…
The absolute Worst company they ripped me off with my paid for Resume service. It took forever for someone to go over my revisions and provide feedback. Of course you can not speak to anyone. They say plenty of people get Wallstreet offers I find this hard to believe.

My experience was cookie cutter
My resume review felt very cookie cutter. I didn’t use the end product resume. Ended up making changes and not even using the formatting.
