Generally a good platform for aspiring job-seekers on Wall Street to get a lowdown on various aspects of a Wall Street career.

I used WS Oasis extensively from 2008-2010. It, lieterally, was responsible for getting me a job at a bulge bracket firm in trading. The interview advice was extremely helpful, to the point where I was asked several exact brain teasers I saw on the forums.

I had the opportunity to get my resume reviewed by WSO. In general, I had a positive experience as my reviewer was able to guide me on the structure and content in a timely manner over a couple of edits. What might have helped further is if the resume reviewer was from the same geography as they'd be aware of the subtle differences in hiring practises across geographies.
