Really helps you out with the specific challenges you face during recruiting and makes sure you have everything you need for the recruiting process

WSMM has done wonders for helping me improve my technical and behavioral interviewing skills. In particular, Sam and his team will walk through every single common behavioral question and help you perfect your story. I also utilized their technical curriculum in conjunction with other resources like ibvine and the M&I 400 to great success

Sam's figured out how to crush recruiting. Online guides are fine, and for sure they work for some people. However, if you want a personalized experience with a tried-and-true curriculum, then this is the program for you. I have found no other resource that breaks down necessary skills and makes sure you are really learning them -- not just memorizing answers. In my opinion, the program is well worth it.

Sam is very helpful when it comes to guiding you through Investment Banking Recruiting. IB Recruiting can be a minefield full of potential mistakes, and Sam can help you navigate that uncharted territory and finally land the offer you've always wanted!

Great person that takes his time to help you better craft your narrative and understand what it takes to get an IB job. He's also helpful in preparing for technicals and mock interviewing.

Helpful Service Sam is extremely helpful. His videos do a better job than any youtube tutorial that you can find. He explains things clearly and concisely, and is always there when you have questions.

This has been extremely helpful with accelerating my recruitment process. The course material has filled the gaps in my technical knowledge at rapid speed and the program is comprehensive. To give some concrete examples, Sam has been helping me from optimizing my networking to framing my behavioral answers to providing one-on-one mentorship and the list goes on. Personally, I was extremely skeptical when I heard about the program and doubted how much it could actually help me, but it has been instrumental in saving me time with my preparation and going out there knowing, not thinking, that I am well-equipped. Having someone as experienced as Sam in your corner providing insider knowledge, being 100% focused on your personal recruitment, and with a track record of helping waves of clients get offers from top tier banks is an opportunity that you cannot overlook.

Coming from a non target, I had no idea what advantage other people had around me. I thought good grades and knowing the information would be enough. But I knew I needed help and guidance to prepare for Investment Banking. I found this program and I felt really skeptical for a whole year, trying to get information from this guy to see if it’s legitimate. Yes, a whole year grilling this guy then ghosting him and repeating that cycle to see if he was a real person and wanted to help me. Again after a whole year, I finally joined and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. Having this program showed me how much I really didn’t know and how disadvantaged I really was walking into recruitment for Investment Banking. This is a complete program, with all tools and guidance for technical prep, video lessons, behavioral prep, networking, and resume revisions. Thanks to Sam and some hard work, this former foster care kid is going to become an Investment Banker. I could never say enough good things about him and his program. Thanks Sam!
