I met Kristin Irish for my onboarding call on March 23rd, 2026. The meeting was extremely helpful, and she was extremely munificent. However, the meeting made me really anxious. I understand that being as well-informed as possible is the best approach to succeed in investment banking. I think that having too much information thrown at you can get really overwhelming and anxiety-inducing. I also did find that she spoke rapidly, and I had to ask her multiple times to reclarify.

It was a great meeting but it ran a bit shorter because Kristin had another meeting to attend to. One piece of feedback I have is maybe have a tangible representation of what was discussed instead of just talking about it. For example, a fillable pdf that is filled out with Krisitin to visually outline the road map for the next few months instead of just being told what to do.

I have been in the program for a bit less than a year now, and so far it has been going very well. The coaches have been very helpful and have guided me well all throughout the process so far. The price is a little hefty for what the program provides; other than that, its great!

Sam and the team have really built an amazing platform to help motivated students break into Investment Banking. The coaches and talent he's brought into the program are truly exceptional and I've already seen a massive increase in my response rate when I apply to the Summer Analyst Programs. The one slight downside I'd note is that the program isn't targeted at students recruiting in London, but I'd still highly recommend this program because the marginal benefit of having access to all these resources is truly invaluable. Thanks, Sam, Daniel, and all the other coaches who've helped me.

Kevin is being easily available irrespective of day and time. This made me so happy

I've been 3 months with the program and the preparation is elite level to get into IB. The only thing that I'd love to get is more zoom calls with mentors that are already in the field. Instead of time with the accountability buddy that is not really helpful since does not have enough experience in IB in general.
