Ordered in March, they sent the wrong product a few months later. I requested a refund, they dodged and ended up giving me store credit, ordered another item using store credit in July and still havent received anything. It's October and they send daily whatsapp offers to my number. Avoid like the plague.

The quality is crap, and delay in shipment it took over 1 month and a half to get my TV console delivered,it arrived with chipped paint all over, they took it back and brought back a new one same issue with the paint, as soon as it dries completely it started cracking, will never be purchasing from them again

I would put 0 stars if that was an option! Nightmare of a company to deal with, conflicting delivery dates, clearly have no control of production and conveniently have no number to contact and removed all comments from Instagram! Horrible experience !

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with Walls Nation. I paid extra for expedited service and for a custom-made TV unit because I needed it by a specific date. When the item arrived, it had visible physical damage and, more importantly, it was not custom-made as agreed. I rejected the delivery immediately. What I find absolutely unacceptable is what happened afterwards. Not a single person from Walls Nation called me to discuss my complaint, understand the problem, or even attempt to resolve it. I made it very clear that I had rejected the item and wanted to return it and receive a refund. Instead, I was simply told that they would contact me when the TV unit was “ready.” Then, once they decided it was ready, they called asking when they could deliver it — completely ignoring the fact that I had already rejected the item and did not want it. I had every right to return an item that was delivered damaged and was not what I had ordered and paid for. Yet rather than addressing my complaint or refund request, they simply acted as though I had no choice but to accept the product. I have now formally filed a consumer complaint and will continue pursuing this matter through the appropriate channels. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care has been shocking. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend Walls Nation.

We are an interior design company, and unfortunately, our experience with Wallsnation has been extremely disappointing. We placed our order and made the payment on 14th August, with a clearly communicated delivery timeline of 14 to 28 days. It has now been more than a month, and we are still waiting for the order. For the past several weeks, we have been continuously following up with the team, but we keep receiving vague responses without any clear or confirmed delivery update. Despite explaining that the order is required for an ongoing interior project, there has been no serious response or proper commitment regarding when we can actually expect the delivery. As an interior design company, project timelines are extremely important to us, and delays directly affect our clients, site schedules, and overall project commitments. We understand that unforeseen delays can happen, but in such situations, customers should at least receive honest, transparent, and timely communication. It is very frustrating to have already made the payment and then spend weeks repeatedly chasing the supplier for a proper update. We hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves both delivery commitments and customer communication, because customers should not have to continuously follow up just to get basic information about their paid order.
