Enquired if I could send 2 orders back together in one return. Patricia helped my enquiry by stating that unfortunately you needed to return with a return label for each package, otherwise, the refund can get confusing. So thanks very much for the pointer Patricia :)

I received my order but the packaging was open and an item was missing. Got in touch with Charl and she confirmed all my order was sent out but as I did not receive it she sent out a replacement item at no further charge. Swift and efficient service. Thank you Charl.
