If you need a nice and friendly use wallet this is the right choice! Ofc is a non custodial wallet, so you don't have your seeds etc but the support team is always ready to help. Fast, easy and safe for what I can see at the moment.

I'm still relatively new to using crypto for transactions and have had to try alot of different apps to find the one that was right for my needs. The best part about WoS is definitely it's sleek design and ease of access. Alot of quality of life features are built in while keeping it simple. Unfortunately, I was robbed and the thief easily withdrew $, there is no barrier. I lost money and the only thing Wallet of Satoshi says to me is "I'm sorry" lack of security on the wallet, they wash their hands. I don't recommend it and I'm leaving.

We're very sorry to hear about your device being stolen. Obviously we have no control over that, however you can set your WoS app to require user authentication (via pin or biometric) before transactions are processed. This will prevent unauthorised transactions being sent from someone who has physical access to your device. Its also recommended to set a global device biometric/pin lock to prevent access to any of your other apps or email.

Used to be an awesome app for small fast payments. It showed what was possible with free instant bitcoin lightning payments. Unfortunately got nobbled / virtually banned by the US gov. Works ok UK to UK for now, but payments from US have been stopped. Also its lost all my lightning contacts from the onboard address book. Not true self custardy.

State of decline. It used to be pretty good. I never had any issues sending and receiving payments. The last month many of my payments have been getting left in a pending status. At first if the payment was not completed instantly as per usual, it would be queued and then subsequently cancelled a short while later funds returned to my wallet. Now I have had many payments stuck in queue status pending for days and it's simply unacceptable. It is not an issue with the blockchain it's a problem with the app itself. I've contacted support but they take at least a day or more to reply so they're not too easy to get a hold of. To resolve the issue they have to manually cancel the transfer and so that too shows that it's an issue on their end. I've had over 10 of these payments stuck pending for days and since support is so hard to get a hold of I can say I will be discontinuing my use of this app once the last payments are finally cancelled and returned to me.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely appalling company Got scammed ( my fault ) but wallet of satoshi CHARGED ME to send sats to the scammers When I told them I had sent money to a scammer and asked them to report this fraud to the police they REFUSED saying it was MY account and My responsibility to do so. So they are tantamount to encouraging fraud
