State of decline. It used to be pretty good. I never had any issues sending and receiving payments. The last month many of my payments have been getting left in a pending status. At first if the payment was not completed instantly as per usual, it would be queued and then subsequently cancelled a short while later funds returned to my wallet. Now I have had many payments stuck in queue status pending for days and it's simply unacceptable. It is not an issue with the blockchain it's a problem with the app itself. I've contacted support but they take at least a day or more to reply so they're not too easy to get a hold of. To resolve the issue they have to manually cancel the transfer and so that too shows that it's an issue on their end. I've had over 10 of these payments stuck pending for days and since support is so hard to get a hold of I can say I will be discontinuing my use of this app once the last payments are finally cancelled and returned to me.
