I ordered a speaker 2 weeks ago and still nothing

The sound quality on these bone conduction headset is sub par, the other end of the line calls hear loads of crackling in the background. Very cheap made and sound like a baby rattle when moving around. And go figure, first 2 email replies from them asked for more details on my complaint then nadda. They are ghosting me. Do not support and do not buy.

Lost the inner ear ring to help the pro fit correctly and couldn't get anyone to return my emails. Sent several messages to (holly) to no avail. So I payed for something that isn't worth it including the supposedly warranty that I paid extra for

The product is not as advertised. I would not purchase from this company again. I went through the company instead of Amazon which then resulted in me having to pay for the return postage and more money for the same product because I did not want to be scammed. Earbuds would not stay in place, there was no solution. I received a response from them only after I submitted dispute to my credit card company. Their response was to return at my expense for a product that was not as advertised.

Agree with everyone else regarding my speaker. Cheap product that's not water resistant as advertised, bad customer service, awful warranty.

Very disappointed! I thought this was the answer but the audio quality is ‘nice’, boring, lack any punch! Great I can use them with hearing aids but not the answer I had hoped!

I purchased the earbuds months ago, because of the design and the idea of awareness while being able to listen and the hook over the ear looked promising fir stability of fit. Other model earbuds make my ears sore and tender and I am unable to wear those. I gave these walla earbuds a good try for months and here is my experience: These earbuds are more annoying than useful to me. When running outside, having them at the highest volume is useless as the outside noise drowns out the earbuds. Very frustrating. The triple tap to control volume is a nuisance when walking and running as the sensitivity requires stopping my walk or run to use. I would only recommend these to use in the home when doing household chores. They have not been good for outside usage. I do not use them when I am gardening anymore because the traffic noise drowned out what I would be listening to. When working out in the gym, sweating resulted in these things constantly shifting causing frustration during lifts at the feel of the buds not staying in place. Each time in the gym I ended up taking them out so I can have a good workout. Earbuds should be a good companion for usage not an annoyingly frustrating experience that creates trouble. I have since gone back to overheads and searching for a better product. I will not buy from this product family in the future based on my experience. I suggest to keep shopping for other buds unless you like anger and frustration added to your workouts.
