After receiving numerous unprofessional letters and ads from other companies throughout the years regarding problems that I've had with the IRS, I received a very professional letter that stood apart from the others. I waited a long time before reaching out to them because I was afraid of what I would be getting into. After much deliberation I decided to contact them. I have been so impressed with the people and the company and this has been the best move I've every made. After hiring three tax attorneys previously (which did absolutely nothing) Wall and Associates has helped me in ways that no one else has. Truly, I can't say enough nice things about them based on my experience

I hope that anyone who ever considers hiring this company reads this first. THIS COMPANY AND EVERYONE IN IT IS FRAUDULENT AND NEGLIGENT!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM!! If you owe the IRS money you're better off calling them directly and getting set up on a payment plan. I personally paid wall and associates a total of $7600 which ironically is what I ended up owing the IRS. This firm would have probably continued taking my money indefinitely but when I realized that I had paid them as much as I actually owed the IRS I terminated their services. When I started working with the irs directly I was told that wall and associates literally had done next to nothing regarding my case over the 2 years that I had paid for their services. When I demanded my money back I was of course told that I would not be getting a refund because of time that they spent on my case. Nearly $8000 for 30 minutes of work. Hiring an attorney is basically useless and they count on this. A civil suit is very costly and time consuming and since the company doesn't guarantee you anything you can't get your money back. Even if they do absolutely nothing for you. It's highway robbery and it should be illegal. Luckily there are other options. I am currently working with some agencies in Virginia including the Better Business Bureau. I would like to extend my sincere regrets and condolences to anyone else who has been a victim of this firms scandalous and fradulent practices, which appear to be many. We hired this company on the 8th of the month and paid a hefty $2500 fee in the last weeks we have not gotten anywhere and every time we call to discuss the case another person we are told is handling the case. Melissa who was assigned to our case just called us to perform a conference call (3weeks after our initial) set up and petition for services. The 800 number and customer service information provided for 24/7 inquiries about your case does not work and is a recording which no one returns your call. We have been completely dooped by this company as nothing has been done and now they want to charge us an additional $400 per month to continue to work our case. There are other tax attorneys out there that will do better quicker and now that we know they will also do so before collecting from you. DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST. We will be demanding our money back as NOTHING has been done for our tax situation. This company should be ashamed and we will be filing a BBB complaint. After posting our complaint a representative called us on a Saturday She stated she wanted to check in with us to see if everything was ok. On a Saturday? Oh wait it was because of the rewivew. Fast forward to Monday and representatives are in the defense- and to make matters worse, nothing has been done with the IRS. However, we were now being told we should set up a direct debit out of account and so that we can later stop the debit and settle the account. How stupid does that sound? Who would consider allowing the IRS to debit your account and demand that they cease to do so later. On Monday 6/26 We inquired with the IRS- which of course they ask you not to do ( because they too aren't doing so) and NOTHING had been done. Surprisingly, the information they claimed they were able to retrieve was available by automated system via IRS. To make matters worse someone from the accounting department called and stated they needed an updated address - what? We only gave our current address and that was on file. Another stall tactic and scheme. It just keeps going and this is suppose to be a legal team. K Shanklin

Mandy Gallimore handled my case. She was very knowledgeable & responsive. An absolute joy to deal with. I was unhappy however with the fee structure. That was no fault of Mandy's. My advice would be to negotiate a cap on fees in case the case drags on much longer than anticipated. That's what happened to me due to IRS backlog.

Wall & Associates Virginia Beach VA,,, I want to thank them, their whole team Mandy, Bryant, & Sarah. For helping me out of a difficult position. I owed the IRS every bit of 6 figures. The team was confident & knowledgeable that they could negotiate a very good deal. During the whole process I was always apprehensive, a year later it all came true, they were able to negotiate a deal that in the end it was a low 5 digit settlement. It took approx a year but mine was a difficult case, and during that time they were constantly in contact, by phone, email, & regular mail. Making me feel confident at all times. Will never be in that position again, just want to thank them cause I can sleep better at night. JB

Wall and Associates saved me over $70,000 due to an accountant losing my taxes for 2 years. They stopped the IRS in their tracks. There was no more threats or letters. They really did a great job. They were very nice and very professional. They are a great organization. Loved dealing with all of them.

NOT trustworthy at al!! AARON DAMASK is nothing but a snake, that will try to take advantage of you. I had my consultation and spoke with him for about an hour and a half. I had never worked with an attorney before so it seemed like it went well to me. He spoke like a salesman and rarely looked me in the eye throughout the entire meeting. My FEE was suppose to be 10k upfront and 500/month... that makes NO SENSE. He then mentioned I go into my local bank and ask them to set me up with a CPA to file my taxes... Which also makes NO sense at all (what does my bank have to do with it?) He gave me a call a few days later and left a voicemail, kind of trying to scare me into signing the paperwork (The IRS can find you any moment, you have to call me now) Very Threatening. I would never recommend this place. I found instead Silver Tax Group and they're much more helpful. Please don't be fooled.

Thanks to everyone at Wall and Associates for all of your hard work and positive attitude. You helped me to reduce my tax bill from over $60K to $325. It feels so good to have that burden lifted. I would recommend your services to anyone who found themselves in this dilemma. Ann B.
