We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're sorry the bus air conditioning malfunctioned and the bathroom stop was inadequate. The Pompeii entry and Sorrento stop did not meet expectations. Please note the stop off is not managed by us, but is the first stop that we can use so people can take a comfort break. Please could you provide us more details of your tour so we can investigate this issue [email protected] ref Z02KC4S5

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced regarding last-minute changes to your travel arrangements. Unfortunately we cannot transfer tickets last minute for the colosseum. The tickets have to purchased with the names of the people attending, in advance. This is not our policy, but the venues and we have to adhere to this. We also take your concerns regarding the email issue very seriously. Protecting our guests’ personal information is a top priority, and we sincerely apologize for the mistake. Measures have been implemented to ensure this does not happen again. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future. Kind Regards Walks and Devour Feedback Team

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We strive to be as transparent as possible and highlight the following on our website, below the itinerary: The itinerary for the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica is subject to change. Sometimes guides are not permitted to give tours inside the Basilica, in which case they provide a brief explanation from outside, and guests are welcome to visit the Basilica on their own. These situations are unfortunately beyond our control. Please note: starting December 2024, access to St. Peter’s Basilica may be limited due to the Vatican’s Jubilee Year 2025, which includes special events and ceremonies. These closures are determined by the Vatican and are also beyond our control. We understand it was disappointing to miss parts of the tour, and we sincerely apologize. The tour cost reflects a guided experience covering multiple sites, and we strive to provide insight and value throughout the itinerary. Kind Regards Walks and Devour Feedback Team

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your Private Rome in a Day Tour did not meet your expectations. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we regret that it felt too similar to another small-group tour running at the same time. We have shared your comments with our team to review and ensure that private tours continue to offer the distinct, personalized experience our guests expect. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Kind Regards Walks and Devour Feedback Team
