When I first placed the order the website would not take my credit card information so I called the next day and was able to get paid over the phone. The jackets I ordered were not in stock and placed on back order the company has done a fantastic job keeping me informed as to the status of my order and I do plan on using this company again and will refer them to others

The shirts look great. One of the shirts call it button disintegrated after first wash but other than that I get shirts

The shipping was good. The shirt material is terrible. It attracts every hair & piece of lint. Fits like a man's shirt. This will be my last resort shirt if all others I bought are dirty.

Shipping was fast, the item I bought seems quality. My only complaint is aesthetic. The picture showed a two-tone server book, predominantly black with a brown simulated leather flap on the inside left. Instead the flap was black. Not a big deal, but I did like the contrast between the black and brown as shown in the picture and wish the product I recieved had been faithful to that picture.
