I Received the bras and I had wires to come out of 3 of them! May said she would help with that issue & refund me partially for a previous order that they messed up! I was happy & going to give them 5 stars & Referrals. NOW I've been emailing trying to reach her and customer service but nobody has has Contact me back.. I have been ignored and received nothing from them and stuck with product that I cannot Get rid of! I will not be ordering from them again!!!

I was charged $112 for a 11lb plastic bag from your US warehouse. That was ridiculous. Highway robbery!!

Negative review will be updated pending resolution of the problem with my order. Customer service is communicating with me on the website chat. They said they refunded the money for the missing items, I just cant see it on my account yet. So tbd. I would rather have the items I wanted, but refund is an acceptable resolution.

I will never order from this company again. I order seven items that I paid for in full and only received four of the items, I have emailed the company three times no response at all.

Alert to Bloggers or Content Creators: a while ago I was contacted by a representative of this company to make posts. I currently don't work for them, I dropped out after doing 20 posts for this brand. The posting requirements were: More than 800 words or more than 500 words, 100% copyright, 100% high quality and 100% unique without plagiarism. For the price of USD $5 for a 500-word post and $7 for a 800-word post. The justification for the value being so low is that we will not publish, we will only write the articles. Be careful fellow bloggers don't accept work for that amount, in the end you'll understand that it's not worth wasting your time for such a low payment where you'll have to: research the subject, study the subject, enter the site and check the difference of each product research on other subjects because at the time they demanded a post about a specific collection of a luxury brand at fashion week. I talked to the person saying that there was no way to post about the topic, and he instructed me to make a similar topic. I made a post of over 800 words that took 3 days to finish and at the end it said it was not approved because it was off topic. Since she had given me the other theme to do. Give value to your work because if you don't do it, they won't value it. And if they want these posts, just answer them to do it themselves because they don't want to hire a marketing company because they will demand the real value their work is worth.

I placed an order in Dec2021 I didn’t receive any of the items until Feb 2022. To make the issue worst I didn’t not receive my entire order. I spent over 1,000$ a bulk of the inventory that I purchased was not sent. I do not and would not trust the company due to Sumi told me she was send the missing items and I’m still waiting she/he also offered a discount on another order. Why would I waist my money again to receive the same outcome? So if you’re reading this be careful and know there is a possibility you will not receive everything. Go with another company!!!

I did not like it all

I ordered a couple of items that said they were delivered but were not at my home. Reached out to customer service and fedex both never got back to me. Sad
