Amazon shop used evri but won't show me proof of delivery via amazon app, no means to complain, no means to query. My post code isnt accepted by the tracking to see proof of delivery. Bunch of money grabbing companies and this is unlawful in the UK to not give a window of communication after an order has gone awry

Asked a question regarding a foreign object I found in a packet of Wagg treats. This was on 23-02-26 and I am still waiting for a response as to what it is. I have been told a refund has been issued (which I did not ask for) which has still to be received, I have been offered a prepaid package to return the foreign object which has still to arrive. I was asked to send photo's and proof of purchase which I did, emailed advisors and spoke to advisers over the phone and still nothing. One simple question I would like to ask Wagg is what happens if I had accidentally fed this object to my dog and it had caused any harm to her? I think this company are not interested in their customers given the lack of action from them so my advice to future customers is think twice before buying their products and if you do check the contents carefully before you give them to your pet. I Wagg would care to contact me to discuss then their reference is ticket ID #372522

I know Wagg treats have their drawbacks, especially when it comes to ingredients. Given that Toast's main meals are of high quality, I've made an exception for Wagg treats as an affordable, occasional snack. However, my recent experience with Steaklets has left me dismayed. Upon closer inspection, I found plastic-like fibers in the treats. Regrettably, this was not the first time, as I previously encountered the same issue with the low-fat turkey treats. Although I took pictures, they cannot be attached here. The fact that such treats are available for purchase is nothing short of disgraceful.

I have a very fussy eater border terrier. She absolutely loves any sort of these treats. We noticed when giving them to her she was more fussy than usual and would go through periods of shaking. For 2 months we stopped giving them, her appetite improved and we offered natural treats ie chicken. Yesterday she was given wagg steaklet treats and she has the shakes again and is off her food and very lethargic

I Purchased some Wagg dog treats for the use of using in my training school. when I came to open 1 bag it was all damp and stank of ammonia. Contacted there customer services and to get a refund ONLY they wanted proof of purchase I think they thought I stole them so therefore calling me a THIEF. I will NEVER use Wagg dog treats again and have told my classes to stop using them as well as the customer services don't give a dam about there customers or the products they send out. Its MONEY MOMEY MONEY

My dog is constantly itching since using these past few months & he doesn't have fleas

These are awful for dogs. The main ingredient is wheat which most dogs are intolerant to. My dog was very ill after eating these.
