I purchased what was advertised as a full size American Girl doll for my daughter for Christmas. I thought I was getting a good deal at $85. After weeks of it not arriving, I checked the mailbox the day before Christmas, and there was a MINI doll. The company's response was that there had been a pricing mistake and it should have been $25. I have not received a credit and it has been over 2 weeks. I had to go out on Christmas Eve and get my daughter a gift. I've now gotten her the doll through American Girl, but thanks to Wacky Dot, have paid over $200 for it.

Terrible service, would definitely not recommend!! unacceptable time frames, products and service. I would suggest avoiding this site entirely.

Firstly, the company infringes on international copyrights by selling knock-offs, secondly, counterfeits packaging to resemble genuine articles, using copyrighted logos, thirdly, advertises prices in local currency on Google "Sponsored advertising in Australian Dollars, then however bills the same amount in US$ at a premium so customers are faced with additional costs.

I purchased 2 IPhone 5c cases. One was fine and the second was a wrong color. Should be easy to fix right? Wrong...not with WackyDot. I contacted customer service through email and "[name]" replied. He asked for a picture to verify that a wrong color was sent. I sent the picture and he indicated it indeed was wrong and he'd contact the warehouse to send me the correct item. Well guess what I never received the item and now "[name]" won't respond to my text. It's been over 2 months since my initial order. Buyer beware I don't trust them and wouldn't buy anything ever from them again.

Terrible site! sent two dis-functional otterbox cases! even after they assured me the second case would be checked! probably cause the cases are fake! after 2 months of exchanges, lost packages and poor products i asked for a refund which 2 weeks later i still have not received! terrible service!! AVOID! AVOID!!

Product arrived without package, switched on, scratched and with Chinese instructions. I compared it to a friends and the differences lead me to believe it is a fake. It came from Hong Kong, when I was led to believe it was coming from the U.S. the price I paid reflects US pricing. I could have saved $60, if I had bought the same fake product from Hong kong via eBay.

I ordered an iPhone case the 28 th of october. It's writted on my account : "ended". I never received anything ! When I try to contact the support on the website, there's an error when sending the message ! Unacceptable !

Where is the replacement, you have kindly promised me months ago? Recap: Wackydot wronlgy did send me a chineese-language/speaking version of handsfree headset back in october/november 2014 (should have been EU/UK-english ver. of course)... In november 2014 you promised to replace the headset and have also managed to send a refurbished (BT500V) replacement (arrived late january 2015). Good - but unfortunately the replacement is defect and can not charge :( You agreed on febuary 23'rd to come up with another solution - and i politely propsed to perhaps partly finance a new replacement in the form of a Jabra Storm (English version). We agreed on this (and you also promised to send a return-envelope for the defect head-set) back in feb./march. That was a fine agreement :) But as of today (over ½ a year after the original purchase) NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!!! Before i issued this (renewed) case regarding your business on relevant sites (social media etc.) i have numerous times written you by email and on FB in the hope, that there has been a (one more) mistake, and that we can now find a quick solution- and that is still my hope despite the depressing state of affairs? Men det gør den, og det giver både told, faktura og moms-tillæg på over trehundrede kroner oveni (told og mons + fakturagebyr, da varen koster over kr. 80). På den måde forties det også, at en evt. returforsendelse ofte ikke kan betale sig (og ikke for mig) DET ER SVINDEL AT SKJULE/FORTIE KINA/HONG KONG ADRESSE!!! ØV!
