It was unfortunate that my tampered glass screen protector arrived broken. However, the company WackyDot was understanding and helpful, and sent a replacement with reinforced packaging. This time the screen protector arrived in good condition. It was very easy to install the screen protector on my surface pro 3. Very happy with the purchase experience.
