Indian Spammers. They abused the contact form on my website to send me direct marketing BS and ticked the box which clearly states:
"I confirm that this message is not a marketing communication, and that any marketing communications will be dealt with in the harshest possible terms"

Be cautious, as these people can be harmful. They rely on a plugin that causes significant damage, especially to e-commerce sites, by blocking pages and payments. They are inexperienced and rely heavily on this plugin. Even after paying for their service, we had to disconnect it until we could fix the issues ourselves. We recently reached out to see if they had resolved the problems, but they no longer respond. Overall, it was a terrible experience dealing with amateurs.

We began working on your website on April 16th after receiving the upfront payment. Initially, we worked on your staging site, delivering the results according to your requirements. Once the optimization was complete on the staging site, you requested that we push the changes to the live site, which we did in May. After that, you released the remaining payment.
From the start, we discussed the importance and impact of lazy loading. However, as the project progressed, you decided not to lazy load any of the JavaScripts. We adjusted accordingly, removing as many JavaScripts from lazy loading as possible to maintain the user experience you desired.
The performance scores decreased once those adjustments were made, and you requested a refund. Please note that from the outset, you were informed of each solution and you are aware of the extensive custom work we implemented on your website.

Stay away from this scam. They are using a WP cache plugin and layering it with some ineffective, low-quality plugin as if it’s their own product.
They promise a lot but never deliver on anything.
They promised my website would achieve a 90+ score. It didn’t happen.
Their own "create critical css crawing" is stalling and never completes.
They are using a WP cache plugin and then placing their fake plugin on top just to apply the configurations.
I have been waiting for almost two months, repeatedly asking them every couple of days to fix the issues. Suddenly, one day they closed the case and told me to wait while they "investigate." After 15 days, they informed me that support was over and I would have to pay for maintenance.
If you buy this plugin, you won’t be able to make any changes to your website. Their own recommendation is not to update standard plugins or the WordPress core, as it could damage the site. How can you have a caching plugin and advise customers not to update their website with basic WordPress updates?
Their argument is .. website is slow even without their caching plugin .. the whole idea of asking them for an optimization and paying for it is to make it faster.*
