VydiaReviews of vydia.com

It's a scam I've had way too many Conflict interests and I ain't never ever signed to any record label in my life or have a ghostwriter or was I ever affiliated with somebody and to Really Top it off I made a song from scratch and wrote the lyrics and used my drum machine beats tell me why was it getting a conflict interest Vydia is a scam delete all your content from their website

I haven’t left a review online in almost 4 years but I have got to say I never honestly seen a company lose so much of its respect and credibility like this one. Not only is the Vydia mobile app non existent now, Years ago you could call Vydia with the contact phone number and a live representative would answer your call and help you with any issues you had at all. I have been waiting over 2 weeks just to simply post a new banner picture for my channel and get rid of a few of my lyric videos so I can post new and more updated versions. None of my emails ever get replied, when you call now some machine answers and hangs up after a brief message. I’m sorry but after being a loyal costumer since 2016, it’s time for me to move forward. It’s clear this company is only a shell of itself and definitely going down hill. And it’s not fair as a paying customer I can no longer manage or edit my video profile. I predict in a few years this company will no longer be running. The competition now for independent video distribution is getting big. Companies like DistroVid and DistroKid have awesome costumer representatives. I know because I use them for music distribution which now I might have to switch to Video distribution as well.

Absolutely horrible experience with Vydia. I have asked them multiple times to update my files, and although after weeks of asking, they did update them on their website itself, none of the changes showed up on the platforms! So ultimately after well over a month, nothing has been done. They don't let you update your own catalogue, and don't get back to you for days or weeks at a time. I would never recommend working with them to anyone. Stay far away. **Update: I have some connections in the business, and because of someone reaching out one of the higher ups in the company called me and personally assured me that he would look into my case, and be my personal point of contact moving forward. He promised to call me the next day to follow up. He never called me, and didn't return my calls afterwards. Nor was the issue resolved in any way. I am still waiting for them to just delete my files so I can move to another distributor. I am beyond frustrated. How a company could treat its clients like this is beyond me.

Please back my money! Vydia has made one-sided accusations that I violated the contract but did not have any specific evidence. They delayed the payment of September 2022 and said that they are upgrading the system and will pay later, then they locked my dashboard account, followed by ignoring my email after sending an email to tell me the violation. They did not let me have the opportunity to discuss or let the two sides support each other to find the best way to handle it - something that always exists in all collaborations. The total royalties for September to November 2022 are about 20.000 dollars. I have the detailed report for Sept and Oct, they are over 12.000 dollars. If their partner has a violation (in case of a violation that has been verified with clear evidence), they also can not keep 100% of the partner's revenue as Vydia is doing. Do not rob all the effort of such small artists!

Same problem I’m facing, no payment after october. How do i get my money, they have 6500 dollars of mine. How can they get away with it.

Last payment was October, since then, Vydia just stopped making payments, they only said that they are working and updating some internal processes and they will complete that project within the next "few weeks" but for now it's been 4 months and they just keep saying the same.

Vydia is not paying artists, Since last year November they have refused to pay and they keep telling musicians that they will pay the next month, it's now been 4 months and they don't tell when they will actually release the money, They have created one unique text that they copy and paste it when you ask when you will be paid, some of us have more than 4000 dollars but we are stressed now that we might loose all this money to this scammers since they don't want to give us our money. They said the minimum limit should be 35 dollars inorder for them to pay. Now we have thousands of dollars but they don't want to pay, they want us to delete our Vydia accounts so that they don't get to pay balance and they be left with our money. They are even failing to remove YouTube claims on youtube so that they can keep earning from our music. I regret joining Vydia. It's been 3 years in hell

Vydia is one of the worst YouTube monetization page or Music Distributors out there, I've had an horrible experience, they where very friendly when they where trying to get my artists to their platform but after they sign in, it has been A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. They have the worst costumer service, they don't respect the artist that trust them and work with them and they totally change after you sing in and move your catalog with them. It's very frustrating, my recommendation to all managers and artist is STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE, they are not transparent, they wont respect you after you entered with them and they do not fulfill anything of what they promise.
