Hi Beto, I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience. This sounds like there may be some confusion because we don’t sell any unframed artwork and we never ship items in tubes. All of our pieces are hand-stretched on solid wood frames in our North Carolina facility and shipped ready to hang. It’s possible you may have meant to review a different company.
