MIcrowave part ordered UPS 2nd Day Air. 1 month later, no tracking info, no delivery, no response to emails or calls. I'm going to cancel order. Update: The part has been delivered. Still no updated delivery info, but at least it’s here.

I ordered lazysusan and it came quickly. However, the box had previously been opened, the carosel was broken and parts and assembly instructions were missing. I have trying for 12 days to reach someone for help.
