Nightmare. Took the product back and kept my money
Nightmare company. Stay away. At first I thought they'd be great b/c their customer service was pretty responsive via text... don't be fooled. I paid $591 for a pendant light. (It's weird that this company sells them but they do.) I received it WEEKS late, and in the meantime the price was cut by half. I requested they refund me the difference but they refused, despite how late the delivery was. When it finally arrived it was missing a part, but they refused to send just the part. I was forced me to send the whole thing back for a refund. [Dishonest right there because if they can't send me a single part and they still want the unit back, seems like they'll just saddle the next fool with the defective product.] When they received the return, they only refunded me price it had gone down to - $295!! Basically just stealing money at this point. I reported them to my state's Unfair Trade Practices department in the attorneys general office. It has an intake form where you can report companies with deceptive practices. Everyone should do the same.
